How the Latest Developments in Light Therapy are Improving Physical and Mental Health
Light therapy has been a used as a therapeutic method for thousands of years. Initially using the natural light of the Sun, Moon and Stars with modulation of these light sources via cave structure designs and temple areas created to pinpoint certain natural light sources in specific ways.
